The Richmond Ambulance Authority teamed up with Spanish speaking members of VCU’s International Trauma System Development Program (ITSDP) to deliver a CPR class at the Una Vida Sana or “a healthy lifestyle” fair at the Sacred Heart Community Center.
The ITSDP team was led by Dr. Mike Rains, a former RAA intern, with support from RAA EMT Seth Hollowell. It was all part of RAA’s ‘Big Push’ program aimed at ensuring as many people as possible are trained in CPR.
